North Texas Volunteer Staff

We are requesting staff for the upcoming North TX Open Match, scheduled for June 12 -15, 2025. The staff package for this match includes the following: 

1. Free match entry fee with staff shooting Thursday (Full-day format with everyone working together to reset) 

2. 1 match staff jersey 

3. $300 (paid at end of match) 

4. Lunch on all three days of the match 

5. Exclusive staff raffle

Here is what we would ask of you during the match: 

1. We are looking for Chief Range Officers to lead stages. 

2. We are looking for Range Officers to assist the CRO and staff stages. 

3. We are looking for Stage helpers (non-certified staff) to reset on each stage 

4. Stage staff (CROs, ROs & helpers) will be responsible for running timers, recording scores on tablets, pasting targets, and resetting/painting steel targets. 

5. We are looking for a handful of non-certified staff to handle various tasks such as registration, transportation (golf cart shuttle), and tablet scoring on stages. 

6. While shooting the match Thursday, staff will be required to assist in RO duties and pasting/resetting targets. 

The match will be held at ETTS Gun Range, 620 Greathouse Rd., Waxahachie, TX 75167. We will have a match hotel which will offer discounted rates.
